We also want to share some notes with you ：
1. It‘s not a non-stick pan, it will become more and more non-stick through your seasoning. instructions for easy seasoning are included with the wok You can find seasoned videos through YouTube.
2. After cooking, please move the food to other containers, because the salt and acid components in the food will penetrate the iron surface, which may affect the special treatment effect of the surface.
3.It is not allowed to stew Chinese medicine and mung beans in an iron pan. It is not advisable to cook acid foods such as bayberry, hawthorn, begonia, apple.
4. It needs to be cleaned in time, but the dishwasher cannot be used. Keep it dry after cleaning.

I am very pleased with this wok. I use it on an induction range and it works well. I seasoned it per the included instructions and had no sticking issues. This requires proper technique: Heat thoroughly before adding oil. Add a bit of oil and let it get hot before adding any other ingredients. Then add ingredients one at a time starting with what requires the longest cook time. Stir while cooking. Proper technique is critical. The natural moisture in foods will create super-heated steam between the food and the wok. That’s the magic of high temperature stir fry! Cleanup with hot water is a breeze. Don’t use soap. Let the seasoning build. It is sanitary because preheating kills germs and bacteria. Enjoy!

I love this wok. My chinese cooking has really improved since getting this. My advice would be to put it in the clean cycle in oven and start season over completely. I’ve been using sunflower seed oil.

This product is absolutely amazing. It is so versatile that it is my go to cooking apparatus. I don’t know how I ever made it without using a wok. It is the right size and I’m able to do good stir fry and the seasoning process took a while, but it functions perfectly. I am able to sauté, stir-fry, deep fry and even make popcorn in this wok as it is so functional. I compared many woks as I’m new to wok cooking but are very happy with this product. If I had any criticism it would be that I wish they had included more information about other methods to season the product. In addition it would have been nice to add a small instruction or recipe book had been included. I’m not quite sure really what the gloves and loofah brush was for, as I would have like some instruction to understand what they were for as related to the wok; meaning was the loofah brush designed to be used ongoing or during the seasoning process. I assume the plastic gloves were just an extra. I think a brochure of some kind would have been good to talk about maintenance for their product. All in All a very good product and highly recommend.

The lid is a little flimsy, and when you screw in the handle it is still a little bit loose. But, I’m not a perfectionist so I am pretty fine with that. For the product, it works well as a wok. Heat cunducted very quickly and you can get nice char bits on stirred fried food. The pour spout location is a bit weird and difficult to use. It should have been at the right angle to the angle. Wood lid is unique and aesthetically pleasing, but mine unit came with a hair crack on the handle. This may be the flaw of such light density lumber.

“So far I’ve had this wok for approximately 3 1/2 months. I wanted to use it a couple times before writing a review. So far so good! One helpful hint that I’ve learned when using this wok or any wok for that matter is that you have to let it get very hot before you put in your oil. Once you see the wok start to smoke slightly you wanna add your oil. Please do NOT use olive oil in this wok. Use a oil with high smoke point such as canola oil or sunflower seed oil. Also, when you put your food in the wok you wanna make sure to constantly keep things moving. Setting ingredients in this wok and walking away is a big mistake. Keeping your ingredients moving is the only way things will not stick. Lastly, only wash with warm water. No soap, and dry very well after. Im enjoying using my new wok and hope these hints were helpful. Thanks for a good product!

This is exactly what I have been looking for. It will work on any type of surface (electric, glass top, gas, etc.) AND it conducts heat extremely well. It’s well balanced and lightweight. I had a little bit of trouble seasoning it at first. No, I am not blessed with a gas stove, I unfortunately have an electric coil stove so that’s the reason why. If you’re going to season on the stove, it really needs to be gas. Electric is not high heat enough. So I used the oven method, which worked wonderfully. Take off the handle if you put it in the oven.

Very easy to season , if you don’t rush it as I did . I used medium high heat , too hot it can warp so careful . Anyhow after you lightly oil and keep working the oil wet paper towel around in the pan . There is a point where you can tell using a oil wet towel can stop , then switch to a clean paper towel to keep the oil smooth in the pan . If you skip this part , the oil makes slight ridges or thicker areas of oil. Tip the pan using over head light and you will see what i mean . Once it stops smoking which should be very light, leave on fire for another 3 to 5 mins , working the dry towel around . That should give you a good season that won’t come off . You just need to let it cool wash well with HOT water , you will be getting rid of this slight sticky oil smoke from the pan thats not seasoning . Then reason as above 3 or 4 times . I worked my seasoning up the side of the pan about 3 inches using the above method .

I am very pleased with this wok. I use it on an induction range and it works well. I seasoned it per the included instructions and had no sticking issues. This requires proper technique: Heat thoroughly before adding oil. Add a bit of oil and let it get hot before adding any other ingredients. Then add ingredients one at a time starting with what requires the longest cook time. Stir while cooking. Proper technique is critical. The natural moisture in foods will create super-heated steam between the food and the wok. That’s the magic of high temperature stir fry! Cleanup with hot water is a breeze. Don’t use soap. Let the seasoning build. It is sanitary because preheating kills germs and bacteria. Enjoy!

I have used this a few times now, with no sticking or rusting. The directions that come with it for seasoning are typical chinese translated and crappy. Google how to season and watch a video. I followed the directions and it worked great, and hasnt had any rust. Spend the time to clean with boiling and using included scrub. After done, wipe with a light coat of oil and put away. Its that simple, it just takes some extra time. If your not willing to do that, save yourself some frustation and by a stainless or a teflon coated wok.

They have a stain on them that comes out brown on your sponge…so maybe use paper towels to wash them.

I had a little bit of trouble seasoning it at first. No, I am not blessed with a gas stove, I unfortunately have an electric coil stove so that’s the reason why. If you’re going to season on the stove, it really needs to be gas. Electric is not high heat enough. So I used the oven method, which worked wonderfully. Take off the handle if you put it in the oven.

“I just used this Wok for the first time yesterday, and I must say I am quite impressed with the quality! It is thick and has a removable handle which helps a lot for cleaning or seasoning in the oven. I chose to season it on the gas stove however. I also looked at several videos on YouTube the one I found from “”Souped Up Recipes”” was super helpful, As far as I know if you season it when you first get it you really don’t have to worry about seasoning it again, but im going to continue seasoning to be safe. The results of the cook for Chicken Fried Rice were crispier than I’ve ever gotten in any other kind of frying pan. I’m very pleased. This wok is a large size but it is a little smaller than my old one and I like how this one is shaped better. I am very pleased with this wok. I use it on an induction range and it works well. I seasoned it per the included instructions and had no sticking issues. This requires proper technique: Heat thoroughly before adding oil. Add a bit of oil and let it get hot before adding any other ingredients. Then add ingredients one at a time starting with what requires the longest cook time. Stir while cooking. Proper technique is critical. The natural moisture in foods will create super-heated steam between the food and the wok. That’s the magic of high temperature stir fry! Cleanup with hot water is a breeze. Don’t use soap. Let the seasoning build. It is sanitary because preheating kills germs and bacteria. Enjoy!

Once you see the wok start to smoke slightly you wanna add your oil. Please do NOT use olive oil in this wok. Use a oil with high smoke point such as canola oil or sunflower seed oil. Also, when you put your food in the wok you wanna make sure to constantly keep things moving. Setting ingredients in this wok and walking away is a big mistake. Keeping your ingredients moving is the only way things will not stick. Lastly, only wash with warm water. No soap, and dry very well after. The lid is a little flimsy, and when you screw in the handle it is still a little bit loose. But, I’m not a perfectionist so I am pretty fine with that. It’s becoming more and more nonstick the more I use it. I’ve made pastas, stir fry, fried rice, and soup in here and it’s all been awesome. I love how deep and sloped the sides are so it heats evenly on the sides and cooks things super quick! Can’t wait to give it more love and keep using it..happy with the purchase.

Very easy to season , if you don’t rush it as I did . I used medium high heat , too hot it can warp so careful . Anyhow after you lightly oil and keep working the oil wet paper towel around in the pan . There is a point where you can tell using a oil wet towel can stop , then switch to a clean paper towel to keep the oil smooth in the pan . If you skip this part , the oil makes slight ridges or thicker areas of oil. Tip the pan using over head light and you will see what i mean . Once it stops smoking which should be very light, leave on fire for another 3 to 5 mins , working the dry towel around . That should give you a good season that won’t come off . You just need to let it cool wash well with HOT water , you will be getting rid of this slight sticky oil smoke from the pan thats not seasoning . Then reason as above 3 or 4 times . I worked my seasoning up the side of the pan about 3 inches using the above method .
